The safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority. We have adapted our venues to ensure we keep everyone at Airthrill as safe as possible. COVID measures introduced include enhanced cleaning regimens, capacity reductions, spaced seating, increased sanitising stations, one way system throughout our venues and online booking/ ordering systems. The FAQ below reveals further details of the enhanced COVID safety measures in place at Airthrill.
We request that all customers book online through our website www.airthrill.co.uk. Please watch our safety video and complete your online waiver beforehand to reduce delays. We are currently operating at substantially reduced capacity in all our Airthrill venues and as such, walk in bookings cannot be guaranteed and are discouraged.
Yes- all our parks are operating at significantly reduced capacities (typically less than 50% of that pre COVID). We kindly request that guests minimise the number of spectating guests in their booking and at present we only permit one spectator per booking for no additional charge.
Before making your booking, please check the official Government guidance which covers Meeting Others Safely and Local restrictions which may affect you and your visit.
Due to current restrictions we kindly request that the number of non-participating guests is limited per booking. Currently, one spectator is included free of charge with each booking. Children over the age of 14 are welcome to attend without an adult, however, please make sure guests under 18 have a wavier completed by an adult online beforehand.
Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your jump time and remain 2 meters apart in accordance with our signage at all times. Please ensure you have watched our safety video online and completed a valid waiver prior to arriving.
We accept card payments only, contactless where possible.
Yes, in accordance with the latest government guidelines all customers and staff over the age of years must wear a face covering while moving around the building with the exception of jumping, eating or drinking. The only exceptions are those 11 years old and under or those with an exemption card.
Customers will be required to have their temperature checked as a condition of entry. On arrival, you will have your temperature checked using a handheld infrared non contact thermometer or using our thermal cameras. We do not record the temperature reading. If your temperature is over 37.8 degrees you and the other guests in your party will unfortunately not be allowed to enter the venue. In this circumstance a refund would be issued.
A one-way system has been implemented throughout and immediately outside the building demarcated by arrows and barriers. We have floor markings to ensure guests remain 2 meters apart whilst queueing and our seating areas have been adjusted to accommodate social distancing measures. For this reason, we must request that guests do not move tables and chairs. Whilst in the main arena, social distancing will be easier as we have less people in our venues.
Our staff have received additional training wrt COVID 19 hygiene. They have their temperature taken and sign a COVID declaration before every shift. Staff are provided with face masks and work behind Perspex screens where possible. Social distancing and a one way system is in place in all staff areas as well as the main arena.
You will see some changes to certain high contact areas of the park for example removal of foam pits and ball pools
Yes- we are undertaking an enhanced cleaning regimen and Airthrill closes between sessions for frequent touch points and equipment to be sanitised. We are using a commercial ?fogger? containing a biocide that kills bacteria and forms a protective film over equipment to sanitise our play equipment on top of our regular cleaning routine.
Yes, but these will be given to you to put on yourself.
Our toilets are all equipped with antibacterial handwash and we have hand santising stations throughout Airthrill that are refilled throughout the course of the day. We ask that all guests hand sanitise for entry.
Yes our caf? is open and we would prefer a contactless payment method be used whenever possible.
