Please Note This Form Must Be Submitted No Later Than Thursday at 11am For Your Weekend Party. Unfortunately We Will Be Unable To Accommodate Any Dietary Requirements Or Food Preferences After This Time.

All Participants Must Be Collected From The Party Desk Within 10 Minutes Of Party Finishing. This Allows A Seamless Pick Up And Less Congestion In The Foyer.
