What is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, bookings cannot be cancelled only rescheduled.

The only way to discuss any changes to your booking is by emailing our bookings team customerservice@airthrill.co.uk stating the time and date you were due to be attending and what you wish to amend. Please note we only accept booking amendments a minimum of 24 hours prior to original booking time and date.
