What is your cancellation policy?

General bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. After this, bookings cannot be cancelled but can be rescheduled. Special event bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Customers can amend their booking via the ‘Manage Booking’ section on our website.
