Please Note If This Form Is Not Submitted 5 Days Prior Of Your Party, We Will Be Unable To Accommodate Any Dietary Requirements Or Food Preferences.

All Participants Must Be Collected From The Party Desk Within 10 Minutes Of Party Finishing. This Allows A Seamless Pick Up And Less Congestion In The Foyer.
