How can we help you?

what time should i arrive?

You should arrive approx. 15 minutes before your scheduled AIR THRILL session. Please have your booking confirmation/ QR code available and ensure all participants have watched our online safety video and completed valid waiver prior to your coming along.

what time does the venue open and close?

We are opened; 4pm - 7pm Wednesday to Thursday, 4pm - 8pm Fridays, 10am - 8.30pm Saturdays and 10am - 7pm Sundays. We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays during school term time.

where do i put my stuff/belongings?

We have lockers available on site where you can store belongings, however we recommend you minimise the belongings you bring into the venue and leave at home / in the car where possible. Pockets must be emptied and Jewellery and other loose articles must be removed before entering any jump space.

is there smoke, sound, and special effects?

We use haze, theatrical smoke, strobe lights, flashing lights, and other sound and lighting effects. There will be loud music. Please be aware of this if you have any sensitivities.   For those guests who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere our dedicated ASN sessions are on Wednesdays 5.30pm- 6.45pm and Sundays 10am-11.15am. Our ASN sessions feature no music and reduced lighting to avoid glare

what is your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, bookings cannot be cancelled only rescheduled

do i need to jump with my child?

All children under 14 must be accompanied to the venue by an adult, you are more than welcome to take part but only parents of children under 5 MUST participate with their child.  

No guest will be permitted access to the main trampoline/inflatable area without a ?Participant? Airthrill wristband .

how many children can one adult supervise?

All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to the park, only children under the age of 5 must be supervised at ALL times. One adult can accompany a maximum of two children under the age of 5years old and one adult can supervise up to 10 children aged 5-14 years. Please note waivers must be completed in advance by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18 before participating.

do you have toddler sessions?

We are now DELIGHTED to offer NEW preschool s/toddler open jump sessions on Saturday mornings 10am -11.15am . These are dedicated sessions for younger children accompanied by an adult. These sessions take away the risk of bigger people bouncing around the little ones as its restricted to under 5s. Accompanying adults must supervise our preschool guests at all times.

do you have a dedicated asn session?

We are delighted to now offer two dedicated peaceful play sessions for those with additional support needs. These weekly dedicated sessions are held on a Wednesday 5.30pm- 6.45pm and Sunday 10am-11.15am. Our ASN sessions feature no music and reduced lighting to avoid glare. Carers also go free during these sessions. Please read through our waiver for more information regarding participating with additional support needs.

what age do toddlers need to be to participate?

Children aged 2 years old can participate provided they're steady on their feet. All children aged 4 and under must be accompanied in the arena by an adult at all times.

are there any contraindications to participating?

Participants should only jump within their own abilities and if they are in good physical condition. If in any doubt as to your ability to participate safely in the Activities, please seek advice from your GP.

For the following categories bouncing is contra-indicated:

  • Our trampolines/inflatable are subject to a maximum weight of 18 stone/114kg
  • Circulatory conditions
  • Heart or lung conditions
  • Back or neck conditions (including Rodded back and Brittle bones) or recent surgery
  • High blood pressure?
  • Down's Syndrome
  • Disproportionate dwarfism
  • Pregnancy
  • Customers with Down?s Syndrome, prior to taking part in such activities, will be asked to obtain evidence that a GP or Pediatrician has screened them using the screening test developed by the British Gymnastics Association for Atlanto-Axial Instability. Approval for participation that is signed by the GP or Pediatrician must be provided before taking part in any trampolining activities.
  • Customers with disproportionate Dwarfism should not participate in trampolining. They should also not perform gymnastics skills which involve repeated jumping or rebounding.
  • Customers with Epilepsy.

Flashing lights might be used in some jumping sessions that might affect some people with epilepsy. Customers with uncontrolled epilepsy will be asked to obtain their GP's approval for trampolining and other forms of sports participation

can i jump if im pregnant?

No - for the safety of both you and your unborn child pregnant guests cannot jump or go on the court.

what should i wear?

We strongly advise wearing light and comfortable. stretchy clothing/ activewear to get the most out of your experience. Long sleeved tops and trousers are recommended to avoid friction burns on exposed skin. 

Socks are a MUST- we do not allow guests to participate without Airthrill approved Gripper socks. These can be purchased online for a discounted price or in the venue and are reusable.  Bare feet/shoes are not permitted on the trampolines.

do i have to wear special socks?

Yes- for health and safety reasons all participants must wear Airthrill approved Gripper socks. These can be purchased online for a discounted price or in the venue and are reusable. Bare feet/shoes are not permitted on the trampolines for any reason.

can i wear trampoline socks from other trampoline parks?

For health and safety reasons only Airthrill approved gripper socks are permitted in the park. Our own socks are easily identified by our staff and allow us to ensure everyone is wearing the correct footwear and participating safely

is it safe?

Trampolining is comparable in risk to other sports such as skateboarding, skiing, ice hockey and football. Airthrill are committed to providing a safe jumping experience. We invest heavily in training our staff to ensure they are equipped to prevent as well as deal with potential injuries. All jumpers must watch our safety briefing before participating to ensure that everyone understands the safety rules and our court monitors will be on hand to ensure everyone is jumping safely. Please jump within your own ability and follow our safety rules at all times.

do you have parking

There is parking available at all Airthrill Parks although please be aware that spaces may be limited and parking charges may apply.

do you have wheelchair/lift access?

All our parks have disabled access. Please ask at reception for assistance/ entry to the lift.

do i need a ticket?

Yes -we strongly recommend you pre-book your tickets. Customers can book online through our website www.airthrill.co.uk. Please watch our safety video and complete your online waiver before your visit to reduce delays. We are currently operating at substantially reduced capacity in all our Airthrill venues and as such, walk in bookings cannot be guaranteed and are discouraged.

are there any height or weight limits?

The maximum weight for our trampolines and inflatables is 114kg/18 stone. There is no height limit

can i wear glasses?

Sure- its important our guests feel comfortable and can see clearly, but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk

can i take food and drink with me?

No, afraid not, but we have a well stocked cafe selling food and refreshing beverages all day. ?No food or drink can be taken into the inflatable arena and drinking alcohol is not permitted before you jump.

Exceptions accepted for baby food and disability requirements

do i need to sign a waiver?

Yes all participating guests MUST complete a waiver. This should be completed online to reduce delays and allow guests to get in & enjoy their session. Signing a waiver ensures that guests are aware of the risks involved and have taken on board the safety instructions. 

who signs the waiver?

You must be 18 or older to complete a waiver. The parent/ guardian of children participating must complete a waiver on their behalf.

do i need to sign a new waiver every time i come?

Our online waivers are valid for a year, paper waivers are only valid for the day it was signed. 

i need to amend my booking

The easiest way to discuss any changes to your booking is by emailing our bookings team customerservice@airthrill.co.uk stating the name of the venue, time and date you were attending and what you wish to amend.

i’ve booked but have not received my booking confirmation?

Please check your trash inbox in case your confirmation email has gone into this folder in the first instance. If it still can't be located please contact our customer service team by email (customerservice@airthrill.co.uk) stating the date and time of your booking and we will endeavour to resolve your query as soon as possible.
